Oscar Sudi appeals his Incarceration in Nakuru High Court

Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi has appealed his incarceration before the High Court in Nakuru.

Through a matter that has since been certified urgent, the MP asked the High Court to release him on reasonable bail terms opposing the Chief Magistrate’s Wednesday ruling to have him held for seven more days at Nakuru police station.

Sudi is now appearing before High Court Judge Joel Ngugi.

Law Society of Kenya (LSK) President Nelson Havi, senator Kipchumba Murkomen and Isaac Terer are among his lawyers.

Ruling will be delivered at 2pm.
